IBM’s Launches Linux based watch

IBM launches it’s Linux based wrist watch in Bang!inux conference.
The software development for this watch is being done in India. The idea of Linux Watch was formed at IBM’s T.J.Watson research centre.
The wristwatch is supported on Linux2.2.1 kernel with the ARM patch. The ARM processor that powers the watch runs at 19MHz .Burr Brown touch screen is used in the watch. With the help of Burr Brown touch screen one can map the whole screen in four Quadrants.IR (Infra Red) and Radio Frequency Supports wireless connectivity.
Yahoo Buys Zimbra for $350M in Cash

Yahoo will now own Zimbra .
Zimbra is a e-mail software, it provided its user e-mail with calendar and mobile features.
One of the main feature of zimbra is that user can work off line also. Zimbra gave branded e-mail service to roughly 9 million subscribers. One of the specific features of Zimbra is the t “Zimlet,” web service mashups.
Zimlet adds much functionality in e-mail. People can easily get any information like airline flight information just by the mouse over in an e-mail. It also empowered its user to track FedEx deliveries and get maps, stocks and other information in e-mail too.
Apple iPhone Bluetooth Headset

Apple’s presents it’s light, simple, and attractively designed Bluetooth headset for it’s iPhone but the device cause hindrance in utilizing the full potential of the iPhone.
The headset is quite expensive it cost about $129. Its dual dock feature is useful it charges both the headset and the iPhone. While traveling separate docking cable can be used to charge both from a single USB.
iPhone dock cost around$50 and $30 for an extra headset charging USB ,so having both included in the headset’s box It makes a profitable deal. In the box there are two iPod style ear piece covers and a manual .
